Adv (CA) Pooja Ashok Gupta: With over 25 years of experience in consultancy, strategic advisory, and policy research specializing in IFRS and US GAAP, I now bring my extensive expertise to practising law. As a settled practising advocate, I focus on commercial disputes, and civil, criminal, and testamentary matters in the High Court. After qualifying as a CA, I pursued professional degrees in Company Secretaryship and Law (LL.B.). Earning a Master’s in Finance from the prestigious Goethe University in Germany paved the way for my career with global entities in Europe, including PwC and NFS SL, and in India with Standard Chartered Bank, Société Générale, HSBC, and Credit Suisse. As an author, I have penned two significant books: The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 published by Himalaya Publications, and Financial Instruments Standards - A Guide on IAS 32, IAS 39, and IFRS 7 published by McGraw Hill Education. These works have achieved national and international acclaim.
